Any updates on the mast should appear here:

https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/mobile

The mast itself it not owned by Sky so you are looking at someone like O2 or whoever does own it to carry out the repairs.

Unlike Broadband there is no automatic right to compensation credit however Sky are usually fair with issues like this so when it has been fixed if you contact them they might apply a credit to your account for the number of weeks you have had no service.

Problems with everything for last 5 weeks at least. Texts say they are working on it. But been on repeat since I complained fixed in 2,5 then 7 days four out of 5 sims on my account are pretty much useless. And customer service is hit and miss. Was pretty much told tuff 💩 the second time I complained. Would get a call back in 72 hours but that didn't happen. Been a sky tv customer for over 25 years but seriously thinking of taking my £260 a month elsewhere. Shame because service with tv and broadband has always been good.
