Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. &lt;P&gt;How long have you had the phone that you want to return because if it is more than 30 days then it can only be returned as part of a swap or upgrade which could see you having to pay something against it to pay it off in one go on a future bill.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
