    <title>topic eSIM issue urgent in Sky Mobile</title>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I got my new phone yesterday and I had an eSIM it's my first time dealing with one and I'm not good with technology . I managed to get the number activated however the number was still registered with another person as I found out when trying to set up what's app so I called and they ordered 6 sims and all were registered already! I was speaking with someone on the phone and they cancelled the new eSIM however I now have no working SIM card and I can't call sky to get this issue fixed as I don't have a working SIM card now and no bushel SIM card to use . I'm seriously panicking I have no number and I'm disabled with severe health issues and I now can't contact anyone nor have a number for people to reach me on and I don't know what I'm supposed to do now I can't cope with all of this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.
