    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cashed in 50GB on 4 March 2026, towards a phone, the credit agreement was then rejected (always paid bills on time for 17 years).&amp;nbsp; I didn't get a refund, I had a chat with sky who said it would be resolved within 72 hours.&amp;nbsp; That was at least 2.5 weeks ago. Has anyone else had the same problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Im not sure how long it takes so if it had t been returned by this time next week you might want to fill in this form to register a complaint:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/complaints" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/complaints&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
