I live in North East Essex and haven't had a good mobile signal for about 10 weeks minimum. It says it is a problem with the mast - but how long is this going on for.

l phoned sky and was told that someone would get back to me of course this did not happen!
I was told to use wifi calling this sometimes times works but not always.
l am thinking about changing to another supplier if this is going to be a problem long term.

if you phone sky you get India - and they don't understand the problem and l don't understand what they are saying they speak to quickly and very fast.
lve tried all the normal things. Sky is still saying (online) it is a problem with the mast and it is being fixed as they have been saying for months now.
Any help please

@Angx

Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phones masts, so you, and others in the area, are waiting on a third party fix.

Once it's been fixed you could call Sky and request a credit on your account for the time you've had the issue but Sky are under no obligation to agree to that.

Of course changing mobile providers may not help.
