      <description>&lt;P&gt;my phone does not work when I'm out. I get really poor reception. My data is not connecting for me to be able to access things that I'd like just simple as my WhatsApp so it's just poor reception when I'm out of the house. I think the mobile phone is using the Wi-Fi at home, but when I'm outside, I can't even use the data so I really need help because it's really frustrating&lt;/P&gt;</description>
