I have ordered the Google pixel 10 pro and was promised earbuds and a phone charger nothing has turned up and sky don't returned promised calls, and no written confirmation despite a so called half hearted verbal agreement.

I purchased the item before the cut off point of what was 18th march as I bought the phone around the 11th march, I clicked the link and it said I had to wait 2 weeks to apply I awaited 2 weeks and was told the promotion had timed out. Massively unhappy looks like I will be returning the phone very shortly if this issue isn't resolved.

The cut off date to purchase the device was the 18th March but you have until 2nd may to get your claim in so have you given it another try ?
