topic PAC code in Sky Mobile

I've tried requesting a PAC code as I have found a better deal elsewhere but I keep getting an error message "we're sorry we can't assist u at this time". I tried requesting it by phone and on the web but still keep getting the same error

Wjen calling try staying silent when asked why you are calling as you need to get through to talk to someone about this.

Thank u for replying but yes, it's the same link. I have sent them a message so hopefully they will reply before the other offer is up
