      <title>Mis Sold contract</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called SKY today about getting a PAC code, which is in another post...the customer service person congratulated me on being a 10 year plus Sky VIP and offered me 20% off my phone bill.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The first question I asked "Does that mean you have to renew or extend my contract?"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No was the response, it's just 20% off. I said sure then.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 mins later I received an email thanking me for a new 12 month contract on my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This practice is illegal. They obtained this by deception. There is a cooling off period but I can't contact Sky as all their phone lines are down for training.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;This practice should be reported. We have enough issues with hackers and criminals taking from us without genuine companies doing EXACTLY the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i will be leaving Sky as a result of this but wanted to make people aware, they are lying to you and deceiving you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
