      <title>Not Receiving OTP Text Messages</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am not receiving the 6 digit OTP verification texts.&amp;nbsp; Have phoned Sky 4 times.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;They sent me a new SIM but it didn't fix it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried rebooting phone, turning airplane mode on/off, putting sim into an old phone, even getting text messages on the laptop.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am getting "normal" texts and (bizarrely) the sky texts to verify a PAC code request.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also getting the same issue with ebay's OTP too.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very frustrating.&amp;nbsp; I can see me having to move to a new provider to fix.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two complaints raised (because I believe I cancelled the first one after a sky verification text arrived after a call with Sky.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;But the OTP couldn't be changed back to my number,so not fixed.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, there's been lots of discussion with the sky employee along the lines of:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- turn airplane mode on for a minute then off,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- check for a spam filter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- what's the make and model of your phone - do a device check.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Desperate for a fix, I have turned off parental lock and my price cap.&amp;nbsp; Both were mentioned in previous posts on this subject.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I tried to manage my OTP again, tonight, but no OTP arrived at my phone.&amp;nbsp; But bizarrely, I found the two from the last attempt on Friday.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Wow!&amp;nbsp; I got no notifications for them, and they didn't arrive on Friday when I was looking for them.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The chat with the sky employee has now dropped.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I will see if I&amp;nbsp; can pick it up again, but the chat bubble was open whenever I was logged on before and it isn't now.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
