I ordered a iPhone 17 , package was delivered by dpd upon opening the package no phone just half empty box with chocolate, please someone help I have tried ringing it's been a week now and I don't know what to do

Sadly this does happen so you need to get this reported to Sky so they can open an investigation with DPD into what has happened so you will be billed for it in the meantime while this is ongoing which could well take a number of weeks to be completed.
