If you have used a PAC to transfer your number to a new network then when your number transfers then that automatically closes your account. If you haven't kept the number you need to call sky on 150 to cancel your current sim. Any overpayment by you will be refunded if your payment method is left in place.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
