No signal again here! We have 3 in our family in Sky Mobile, despite active signal bars showing. You call someone and nothing happens, not even a ring tone! This is so bad as can't do the basics and stay in contact with others. Seem to have to switch phone off and on again (and it's NOT a handset issue!). Coverage checker says Good but when registered the Check it says there may be problems. Please sort this as it's awful and we'll all need to leave if we can't use the bloody service!!!!!!!!!! Very unhappy customerS.

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

Any relevant information showing on this link?

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.

Thanks and noted (customer to customer discussion). I've raised the signal issue, I did coverage and service checker 'all okay' but in call with Sky, the guy (who was very helpful) confirmed there are known signal issues and resolution expected soon. Either way, the Sky site is not up to date with this information and I've not had a text update. Fact remains, if I can't call my daughters (both on Sky with me) then it is failing me!

Thanks. I mean notifications for the service issue I raised. I dont care whether its a mast or something else. But they do text! I've had several and here's a copy paste of my latest one.

Sky Mobile Network Update: gl3 xxx

We're still working to fix the issue in your area and will be in touch within 5 days, or sooner if it's fixed.

To stop updates: https://sky.frwd xxx
