Can't connect with networks in Japan eg Roaming have tried all methods suggested by Sky no joy reset network, on and off , switched own airplane mode then back on still nothing reinserted Sky network data nothing

Japan is not supported.

Japan doesn't appear on the list of countries where you can use your mobile in as you can see here:

Roaming was removed from the supported locations on 19 February 2026.
