Sky mobile has been down from Twenty Forth of March year Twenty-Six in the TR13 Helston area. No updates or text messages from Sky, unable to get through to sky on land line but no one would pick up the call. Did receive a text message stating the system is being upgraded and would be working by pm Twenty March stating the service will be back by 6 pm. No service after 6pm but the online help states it could come back on line by 6 pm on Twenty Ninth. I have no faith in Sky now over due to this extended down time nearly 7 days with no mobile, possible long. Sky’s adverts imply they are better and you get more, but this just prove how bad they are.

I think it’s time to switch to a new provider like EE.

Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix / upgrade.

I've had a similar experience late last year... no service for weeks due to "upgrade".

I have no service now due to "mask issue"

Customer service awful. In 2026 for a tech co they should know when issues occur and proactively inform customers. They have the data.... they should use it.
