      <description>&lt;P&gt;In CA14 no service for a week. No call in or out. No text in or out either. I was told on Friday there was a mast down and service would be resumed by Monday.&amp;nbsp; Still no service but apparently it's all supposed to have been fixed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having issues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've lost my mobile internet tonight and Sky status checker says a mast has been taken down. Update will be by 1st May!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also I'm not close to you so this seems to be a significant multi area issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm expecting a refund for periods without internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same continuing issue in s62.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;apparently fixed by 8pm tonight but still no service whatsoever. Same across all o2 whether with them directly or Sky or Tesco.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ridiculous yet still put up prices and expect bills to be paid for no service whatsoever.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;disgraceful.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Billing continues whilst there are mast issues. There is no automatic right to a refund or compensation but once your local issue is fixed contact Sky and see if they'll put a credit on your account as a good will gesture.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here in Ayrshire, Scotland. Just been updated it'll be fixed by a week on fri! Not good when my hubby a palliative patent and I work part time. Stressed in case he needs me urgently as hes on Sky also! I've set up WiFi calling but doesn't help me at work. Oh and if they try to compensate by giving me data, I'll go nuts! Don't even use the data i have or the 180gb stored &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I've been having intermittent issues also with my signal, sometimes I can receive and make calls other times I can't. I'm in Birmingham, its been going on for over a month now and tbh I'm getting seriously annoyed, as like you say, we're being charged for the service, but the service is not being provided!! I've done the Airplane mode, turn data off and back on, etc, and then finally have to restart my phone, which does work, for a short time....but then I lose everything again. It's annoying AF. Please Sky sort this issue out. Yes it says there is a problem with a Mast in my area, and if you're not responsible for repairing the mast, you should be on to whoever is to get it fixed, because this issue has been going on for 4 weeks nearly now....its not good enough!</description>
