    <description>&lt;P&gt;AIUI it's the gaining provider's responsibility to notify the existing provider within 1 working day of transfer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would open a complaint with Sky and take it to ADR if necessary.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So Ofcom info here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-and-broadband/switching-provider/switching-mobile" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-and-broadband/switching-provider/switching-mobile&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi i moved my vodafone number to sky new sim the number was ported ok but vadofone account not automatically closed vodafone says its sky responsibility to take onership so it can close sky on otherhand saying no vodafone needs to close it manually which vodafone say we cant do that so who is right and wrong in this situation and how do i get the account closed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
