Hopefully I can get my services back on because I'm not happy because I cannot ring out on my phone and I don't understand how I'm still under contract when this phone this iPhone 13 pro Max battery there's a problem with the battery. It's not staying fully charged

A phone battery issue or a local mast issue doesn't mean your subscription is cancelled and billing continues as normal in both scenarios.
