Transferd number not working

Hi.

Sky have transfered my old number from EE to my new Sky phone. BUT now I don't have any signal, both phones don't work.

My new Sky phone says the right number but there is no signal.

I look under phone services and it says provider EE?

Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.

I have done that 3- 4 times over the last two days and no luck.
