Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi, I decided to leave EE after 10 years and join SKY for my mobile as my broadband & TV are already with them.

Ordered an iPhone 17 on SKY website and it came the next day. Realised it was far too small and I wasn't going to like it (biggest mistake will deffo check next time)

was still in cooling off so SKY said to return it, which I did do. Rang up and tried to exchange it for a 17 pro max, which is the phone I actually would like. Got declined straight away by the system- I can see they have received my other phone back however it's still appearing on my account as an agreement at the minute.

I know it's not my credit score as I got accepted a couple of weeks ago when I originally ordered the 17.. just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and how long you had to wait until trying again?

Thanks for your response, yeah I am aware.

i just mean my credit scores fine as they originally accepted me 2 weeks ago for the phone I've just sent back. I just want to simply exchange the phone to something else but it's rejecting me now.

so just wondering if anyone has had a similar problem and how long they had to wait before trying again.

a week, 2 weeks, a month etc.. I don't want to re-apply to soon.

This is all I get whenever I look at the mobile site, it's like sky don't want to sell anymore products as it's been 5 days of this happening now on both app and website
