&lt;P&gt;What do you mean by this, are you saying you made a manual payment because if you did and you did this to close to your billing date then that could well be why you are seeing a credit on your account as it will&amp;nbsp; not have paid your actual bill.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To start with if you did make a manual payment then you don't need to do this as Sky will always take the payment from whatever details you have setup&amp;nbsp;on your account.
