I want to ask direct debit will be taken from the card I provided or the bank account?

A direct debit is taken directly from your bank account so your card plays no part in it.

I just placed an order today, I provided my card details they took money from it, but also I provided my bank details but they didn't took money from bank, so they always gonna took money from card now ?

If you have made an up front payment then I would have thought that Sky will take the monthly payment via the direct debit details you provided.

One-off payments will be taken from a debit/credit card. If a DD is setup then future regular payments will be taken from the bank account.

You can change payment method to take from the debit/credit card if you wish. (The debit card could of course be linked to the underlying bank account)
