      <description>&lt;P&gt;Correct, their online chat says contact Sky, Sky online chat says contact Dpd but unable to get anywhere movement on it and can't speak to an advisor only automated rubbish&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
