I have upgraded my old sky phone to a upgrade still with sky but how do I transfer my number to new phone

@Mikey35 Any new SIM/data plans come with a new number, you should have upgraded the current SIM/ data plan not purchase a new one.

Do you see 2 Sims on your account?

The only way to port your old number is to get a PAYG SIM from a different provider and port your number to that SIM, then once completed port to your new SIM/data plan

There isn't an option to port numbers from one Sky Mobile SIM to another
