Sky do not own these so the company that does will be responsible&amp;nbsp;for carrying out the repairs and when&amp;nbsp;they have done&amp;nbsp;as there is no automatic right for compensation Sky are usually&amp;nbsp;fair is situations&amp;nbsp;like this so if you then speak to them they might apply a credit to your account to cover the days you have had no service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No mobile internet connection. Sky rep said it could be a damaged sim. An email said my contract had ended. Sky app says there is a mast problem in my area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've followed online guidance and nothing has working. Over a week now this issue has been going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
