Hi @Dawidci i cant see free buds with the S26 Ultra ? The current offer with Sky is a free watch which will be sent automatically and should appear on your order, it won't appear in your basket. Do you have a link showing the free buds offer ?

Right... I can't access the page but there's usually instructions on the product page - either that the item is sent automatically with the order or a link to claim directly from Samsung.

Looks like a claim direct from Samsung - check the terms and conditions there should be a link.
