im wanting to get a new phone and i thought i could swap my phone after 24 months however because i dont have a sim with sky they wouldnt allow me to do it. However i contacted the virtual assistant said i would be able to order a new phone and send this current one back does any body know if this is true or if i have to do it through the assistant.

As I have said in your other thread @Hannah226 i have not heard of a person being refused an upgrade because of no sim. This may be what sky are referring to.

but i havent finished my 3 year contract will this still be allowed

You will still have to pay the final 12 months, either monthly or a one off added to your next bill @Hannah226 , if there's in value covers what's owed you owe then you could use that.
