Roaming using Roaming Passport Plus is now limited to 25GB per billing period.

Information from Skys own website:

When you roam using our Roaming Passport Plus, we consider that up to 25GB per billing period is a reasonable amount of data to use. If you exceed this amount, we'll assume that you're no longer using data in the way expected of a reasonable customer for periodic travel.

We may suspend your service, restrict your usage, or charge you for the data that you use in excess of these amounts (currently £2.50 per GB), and we'll let you know by SMS or email before we do so.

It may be worth checking your email junk box for such a notification,

Sky mobile carelessly left me helpless by cutting off my call whilst trying to get replacement flights, due to my existing travel being cancelled due to the Middle East conflict. You've exceeded the roaming 'fair usage level' hang on I was on hold for a lengthy time due to the fact thousands of flights have been cancelled including mine, I'm in the airport with no way to contact anyone, my airline uses a sister company from the airport I was at they were informed by Emirates to tell passengers to contact Emirates directly to continue their journey, but Sky stopped that, oh and it's 1am so nobody available at Sky, the help bot won't connect me to anyone, dialling either the call support from abroad number the country I was in number for Sky. No sorry it doesn't work.

Thank you Sky for making an already stranded person even more isolated.

My contract is at the rolling stage as are my families mobiles. When I finally get home these will all be ended.

16 years never a missed payment or a late payment, but let down massively in my time of need. How about a message to say you've reach the roaming limit, to continue this call you will be charged. It then give the option to continue or hang up.

No just leave me stranded

Sky have a fair usage policy and can't be held responsible for the length of time you were on hold to a 3rd party.

Sadly everyone is tied to these as per the T&C's you agreed to when taking on Sky Mobile.
