Something is wrong with my payment details and I can't contact Sky as they've blocked me until bill is paid. My sky app is also blocked except for the sales part, surprise surprise. I just got a new phone from them which is being returned, got the package yesterday. I need a new phone now but can't find a way to contact Sky to find out what's happened. Any valid suggestions? No app and no call available.

You post osnt very clear so what is wrong with your payment details ?

To return a phone if you have changed your mind within 31 days of receiving it then you will have to find a way to contact Sky.. 150 is the number to call Sky on from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it or from a Sky Talk landline phone.
