Returning a new phone

I've received my new phone but I want to return it. How long do I have to return the handset? I've taken it out of the box so I've broken the seal and I have also set the phone up. It is the iPhone Air and I was hoping to transfer my works physical sim to the eSIM but it is proving more difficult than I thought because of organisational restrictions on my works Samsung phone.

@Sheldon51 You have 30 days in which you can return it, you will have to call Sky to start the returns process.

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Easiest way is by dialling 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.
