&lt;P&gt;Presumably you're referring to a mobile so I've moved your post to the Mobile board.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;They only drop off your account (eventually) if returned to Sky. If it's stopping you adding a new device call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 5 devices on my account which is the max.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have just paid the final balance on one of the devices, so should be able to take on another device?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I keep getting an error message saying I'm at the max.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
