&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;It may disclose a nearby mast issue. Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have been living in Stoke-on-Trent for the past 15 months. Previously, when I stayed in London, your network signal was very good. However, since moving to Stoke-on-Trent, the signal strength has been very poor.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Because of this issue, I am forced to use another network provider as well, which is increasing my monthly expenses. I am currently paying for two networks, which is financially difficult for me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I kindly request you to please:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Improve the network signal in my area as soon as possible, or&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Allow me to cancel my contract without penalty, or&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reduce my monthly payment due to the poor service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please look into this matter urgently and provide a suitable solution.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I look forward to your response.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
