topic Mobile indoor signal strength in Sky Mobile

My mobile indoor signal strength is very low (outdoor is not much better, but indoor is what I am concerned about as that is what we mainly need for calls to not keep dropping). When I checked under sim card status it showed the signal strength as being -112 dbm 27 asu. Please could anybody advise me if there is a way to improve Sky Mobile signal strength?

Thank you.

Hi @nevmon no there isn't a way to improve the mobile signal. Did you buy your phone direct from sky ? If yes you could try WiFi calling.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wi-fi-calling

Thank you @63johnw

It just amazes me that if one checks the Sky Mobile coverage page for the area I live in, it clearly says good indoor and outdoor signal, and yet speaking to my neighbours who have the same as I they have all found that the signal strength indoors and outdoors is poor. I am glad I got rid of sky tv and now I should make a better search of mobile providers.

But your response is much appreciated, so my thanks again.
