    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3390889"&gt;@Jillian16&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and get you some help I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been a Sky customer for a long time and have very recently decided to transfer mobile provider from O2 to Sky. I have my Activation Code for Sky and I have my PAC number from O2 however, when I try to enter these on the My Sky app, I am getting an error saying it can't activate my SIM right now and that I need to speak to my previous provider. Anyone got any ideas on how to resolve this - any assistance would be gratefully received.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
