@Keith197 Those are questions the community cannot answer im afraid, you will have to go through the process of booking it in for a repair https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/device/repair?faultCode= , it will almost certainly be quicker to have a local repair shop replace the battery, but that would only be recommended if the phone is outside of the warranty period(as 3rd party repairs will almost certainly invalidate any manufacturer warranty).

Hi @Keith197 have a look online to get a rough idea of prices then ask sky, this isn't sky CS here. This is the sky repair procedure. You phone would likely be away a few weeks.
