Hello, I have had mobile data issue for about 2 weeks, the whole family has, I've phoned twice to sky and they say they have no issues.

I since found out sky piggy backs off of O2, friend on O2 tells me the mask is down, meaning sky is down, why do sky and O2 not communicate with each other, especially as there is a contact in place, as I would think O2 charge sky? 🤷 There must be more sky users in the area?
