I cannot receive calls or make phone calls, I live in Perthshire. This is my only form of communication. I have signal, anyone else having this problem? Have tried the bits but they are useless

I have checked that and everything is fine. I have signal, Internet, need phone for elderly family to be in touch

Have you tried rebooting your phone so that is reconnects to the Sky network ?

Yes, turned phone off, took sim out and re entered, phone still won't make or receive calls, have 4 bars of signal. Walked to Parents home as I pay for her sim and shes the same
