Precious voicemails lost

Hi I switched from sky yesterday but no one told me to back up my voicemail. I had saved voicemails on my phone from my mum who died in 2020. I'm heartbroken. Does anyone know if I can get them back?

Hi @Rookent only if your sky sim is still active then you would be able to access the voicemail, if it's no longer active then I believe the voicemail messages will be lost.

Hi thanks for your reply, I actually put my sky sim in my phone and although my number has been transferred it did still have the voicemails on it so I was able to retrieve them. So relieved.
