This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":play_button:"&gt;▶️&lt;/span&gt; customer &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where we try to help other customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you just make the payment of £150 manually? If so, that will be sitting on your mobile account as credit and will be used towards future payments. To pay off some of your credit agreement you need to contact Sky to make the payment in the way you intended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
