anyone know why my phone might not be charging i have the 16 pro max, i've cleaned out my charging port, reset my phone and also updated it. i've tried multiple different charging cables and it's still not working

Hi @Cherifahannah have you tried a different charger too as well as the cables you mentioned ? I would take it to Apple Store for a diagnostic check or here is the sky repair process.

yes i have tried pretty much everything apart from wireless because i don't have a wireless charger.
