&lt;P&gt;You say you upgraded your data package, was this one this sim you already had or did you order a new sim ?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If on your original sim then have you sent the network settings to the phone from here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account &amp;gt; Mobile &amp;gt; Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.&lt;BR /&gt;Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Save the settings when your receive&amp;nbsp;them and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A new sim came with the phone but I can't remember ordering it. When I was on the phone to the advisor ordering the new phone and upgrading the data package he said that the data package would start working right away on the sim I already had, which was true as it continued to work for 3 days while i waited for the new phone to come. Last time i switched phones all i had to do was put my old sim into the phone and everything worked fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried sending the network settings too but the notification won't come through?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I wouldn't activate that new sim yet but I would find a way to call Sky so they can check that you original sim is still active and has not been cancelled.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
