I want to purchase iPhone 17 pro max but have a balance in a iPhone 15 to pay do you payoff balance before you can order

Hi @Mandy122 sky won't pay off any balance you have remaining on a contract. You can order whenever you like and if your order is successful then there is nothing stopping you paying for two phones if that's what you want to do ?

You are not talking to Sky here as we are customers who help each other.

You do not have to pay the outstanding amount on the iPhone 15 to place the order for the iPhone 17. You will be credit checked when placing the order so you would need to pass this. You will be informed if you do not pass these checks.

I already have 5 items on my contract so I think one has to be paid off before I can make an order but not sure shall I ring them

In that case you will need to pay one of them off as you can only have 5 devices on the account.
