To get a new number you would need to order a new sim and cancel the one you already have, which you can only do if you have had it for 12 months or more by calling Sky on 150.

The alternative is to turn on the option for your phone to only let through calls from numbers that are in your contacts.

Hi, that's great thank you how do you turn on the option to only let through calls from numbers that are in your contacts also does this work for text messages as well as calls.
