just to confirm this is happening on the website and app ? Have you tried incognito mode on your browser when logging into your account ?

I have tried calling 150 but it direct me online (here) the hangs up so no use

I cannot use my Piggybank from online or the app

When calling Sky on 150 say nothing when the bot asks you any questions and remain on the line.

Sorted. I called and there was cancellation request on my mobile so have removed that and transferred data
