Data roaming charge

I have a data roaming charge on my bill for this month, I haven't been out the country and also data roaming is switched off in my Apple settings so there's no way it could have been triggered or switched on

Have you been abroad at all in the last few months and the roaming charge has taken a while to be applied?

I was on holiday at the start of the year but from what I know all the roaming chargers were made in the January bill

Have you looked at your previous Sky bill to see if they were shown on January's bill ?

The dates for the charges will be shown on the latest bill @Chloe2407 do they correspond with the dates you were away ?
