Trying to activate my sim

I'm trying to activate my sim but its saying the following when I go to sky.com/activation as instructed.

This page is restricted

Sorry, you cannot view this page because you are not the account holder. Please contact the account holder to activate this SIM."

Also, there doesn't seem to be any available number to contact, am I stuck without service until Monday morining or is there a number to contact ? I thought there was 24/7 support...

Also, when I call, the bot that processess the calls cannot understand my mothers maiden name, so fustrating that you use bots like this that hang up on you after they cant understand simple english...

I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
