Hi am just wondering my bills will be so high for 3 months? I upgraded my phone and got told I should only be paying £25 for what's left on the iPhone 14?

I returned the phone on the 31st of January

Hi @Kellie21 its taking 2-3 weeks for returns to be processed so until then you pay for both phones, once it's processed any overpayments will be refunded.

Well they did not tell me this when I was on the phone to them when I was upgrading as I told them I would rather pay the phone off before upgrading so I wouldn't be paying for to contacts!

It takes about 3-4 weeks for returns to be processed. (Billing will continue as normal until processed, so would be for 2 devices)

It's been longer then 3-4 weeks so why hasn't the bill changed? It's becoming a joke now
