I cannot get any incoming calls - they are all going to answer phone. Calls are register on the phone as unknown. My wife has similar problems with calls coming in as unknown

Any help appreciated

Try this to stop calling being sent to voicemail:

On your phone:

Dial 759.
Press 3.
Press 5.
Press 1.

No none of those apply. We have had the problem for a couple of days after returning to Ireland from France

anyone got a number for customer support. The number that the Virtual Assistant gave me for Customer Services (ROI) was for Sky TV adult services!!
