£12 for upront cost for Iphone 16pro reurned as i no longer wanted

and the rest is for being charged for 3 iphone 17pros , when i only have two a blue and silver one, a extra silver one was sent by mistake and has been returned

Did you return within 31 days of receiving it and you called Sky about this before hand, if you did then it can take up to

3 weeks for any upfront payment to be returned.

Have you spoken to Sky about this phone they sent in error ?

Just before my mobile bill was due, yhey said pay the full ammount and we will refund you afterwards

Not our records... You do realise you're talking to other customers and not Sky?

It does say both "not a Sky employee" and "I do t work for Sky" on my post !

If it was the 24th then you shouldn't have to long to wait for this now.
