Extra Devices on my Bill

Hi, I've changed my payment date and payment method for mine and my partners phones, in which I rang up to cancel the sim that hasn't yet been activated and this still hasn't been cancelled, and my partner has x1 IPhone 16 Pro Max and my device is x1 IPhone 17 Pro yet I am being charged for 4 devices?

Hi @hjames4113317 if you changed your billing date then that will cover a longer period and be more than usual. Have you checked the dates on the bill ?

If you do not activate it then the sim is automatically cancelled so you do not need to contact Sky about this.

Check the billing dates for both as while they might appear twice the chances are the dates will be different so is this the case ?

Can you post an image of this bill on here, if you do blank out your name, credit and account numbers if these are present.

Depending on the timing it may not be taking effect until the following month.
